Ridership and Sales Report's Spreadsheets

Subscribe to Rider Alert

Vanpool fare increased on August 1, 2008!

The Ridership and Sales Reports’ Spreadsheets have been designed to help simplify the reconciliation process of the month-end reports.  Vanpool groups may submit a copy of the completed spreadsheets by bringing them in or via e-mail; however, use of the spreadsheet is conditional upon:

  • Spreadsheets must be turned in by the seventh (7th) of the following month.  Reports that are submitted or postmarked after the 7th, will be subjected to a $30.00 late fee
  • Spreadsheet users must continue to mail or bring in a check and all other pertinent paperwork for the group (e.g., copies of TIP, Federal Flex, CrossSound, bus, or Reduced Fare passes; etc.)
  • Spreadsheet users must retain the original 'in-van' tracking sheets as they will be subjected to an audit for verification purposes

The spreadsheets have been designed for you!  If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions on how to improve this tool, please call (360) 478-5858, or e-mail your Kitsap Transit Vanpool Coordinator that is listed below.

The average vanpooler saves up to $3,000 yearly.  When you vanpool, you arrive to work or at home more relaxed than those who drive alone.
